"About the Bakery"

Nourish Cottage is a small sourdough centered home bakery based in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. Founded in 2024, our cottage bakery is the heart of a home—literally. I'm a stay-at-home mom of two toddlers, baking up crusty loaves, sandwich breads, bagels and cozy treats between snacks, naps, and core memories. 

What started as a passion for wholesome, naturally leavened bread has grown into a way to serve others while connecting with members of our community through pre-orders, local markets, our vending spot at Fresh The Market in New Phila, as well as our hands-on sourdough workshops.

Whether you're here for your weekly loaf, a bold inclusion boule, or are ready to dive into baking your own; I'm here to help you bring nourishing, real bread into your home—one slice at a time.
